My daughter desperately wanted her very own digital camera. And I was just as desperate as she was because she'd already used my Nikon D50 to prove Isaac Newton's theory of gravity and I was certain that my child prodigy would continue testing out the well proven theory. I just want the little darling to experiment with her own camera. Well now, the little lady has her "new" digital camera and I'm out less than $20, making both of us very happy.

Shopping for the latest fashion has never been something that really interested me. If there is a fashion gene in our DNA, it didn't make it into my gene pool and my wife will be happy to testify to that. As far back as I can remember, being trendy never factored into my purchasing decisions. I was always more driven by functionality, durability and simplicity.

My furniture is more important than my clothes. Next to your undergarments, there are few things quite as personal as furniture. I might be a bit of a careless dresser, but I’ll be damned if I buy a piece of furniture that won’t stand the test of time.
